Quite a bit. Colors released a fresh promo that cranks up the danger level. This season introduces a “Champions vs Challengers” twist: past contestants who never won get another shot and face off against a group of newcomers. That sets up veterans who know Rohit’s tricks against rookies who have no idea what’s coming.
Who’s in the lineup?
The Cape Town cast is loaded: Gaurav Khanna, Rubina Dilaik, Avinash Mishra, Orhan Awatramani (Orry), Harsh Gujral, Farrhana Bhatt, Shagun Sharma, Avika Gor, Jasmin Bhasin, Karan Wahi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Vishal Aditya Singh and more — a typical reality mix of TV stars, seasoned players and a few wildcards.
Why the huge delay?
KKK usually returns annually, but 2025 was skipped after things went sideways behind the scenes. Filming was due to begin mid‑2025, but Banijay Asia exited as producer in April, throwing both Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss into limbo. There were rumors the shows might move to Sony and a frantic search for new production partners. Eventually Colors and Banijay resolved the issue: Bigg Boss stayed and KKK is back — albeit a year late.
